[5] Due to the depreciation of the Euro over
the last five years, actual funds received from Novib were
30% less than the monies originally agreed to in Social Watch’s
proposed budget. On some occasions this was compensated by
Novib with extra allocations, otherwise the expenses were
restricted for the year.
